Losing access to your email account is rarely permanent and we more than often get you back in with no loss of data.

Emails can stop working for many reasons, we can get your emails working as normal again even if you have been victim of a hack, however sometimes (rarely) an email account cannot be recovered, if this is the case we can create and set you a new email account and explain how to get it working as your old one did.

But do not worry, if an account is recoverable we will recover it.
