There are 4 variations of a system setup:

1. The system was bought somewhere else but does not have any data from an old system transferring over.
2. The system was bought somewhere else and has data from an old system needing to be transferred over to the new one.
   The system was bought from us but does not have any data from an old system transferring over.
3. The system was bought from us and has data from an old system needing to be transferred over to the new one.
4. When there is data that that is need to be put on a new system:

Bring us your old system and we can remove the data, older systems can take a long time to get all the data off, depending on the amount of data and the power of the system.

Programs Do Not Transfer:

When upgrading to a new system programs have to be reinstalled, there may not be a newer or compatible program to what you used before, we will try and find something that does the same but this is not guaranteed, sometimes the program is too old and there is no newer version.

Setup A New PC Or Laptop (Bought From Us):

If you buy a system from us for a small fee we will deliver the system to your home
Install and set it up the Windows
Install Software To Use Word, Excel, Antivirus
Set up your emails and printer
If you are new to Windows 10 we can show how you how to use it

Setup A New PC Or Laptop And Copy Data From An Old System (Bought From Us):

Drop your old system to us and we will transfer all files from your existing system to your new one (Pictures/Documents/Music)
For a small fee we will deliver the system when all your data is transferred over to your home
Install Software To Use Word, Excel, Antivirus
Transfer all files from your existing system to your new one (Pictures/Documents/Music)
Set up your emails and printer
If you are new to Windows 10 we can show how you how to use it
* Destroy your old system and make sure no data is recoverable if needed

Setup A New PC Or Laptop And Copy Data From An Old System (Not Bought From Us):

Drop your old system to us and we will transfer all files from your existing system to your new one (Pictures/Documents/Music)
Set up your emails and printer (email address and password needed)
Let you know when to collect the system (Let us know if you need us to drop the system back off as this is extra)
* Destroy your old system and make sure no data is recoverable if needed
