What Do The Lessons Involve?

• Lessons consist of the basics of email, word ect, creating and sending emails, creating and saving word documents, attaching documents and files to emails
• Explain and show you security options, securing your system
• Advising on the many free programs so you do not have to pay for programs that you do not need to
• Explaining and showing all aspects of security, antivirus, cookies, malware, malvertising, firewalls etc
• Anything along the lines of general use that you are not comfortable with or need help on
• Lessons are for Windows Computers, Desktop Or Laptop

How Long Do Lessons Last?

• There is no specific time.
• We will go through any questions you have and teach you the basics of security, emails, word, internet, this will usually last an hour minimum.
• We will make sure you understand how things work so things will be easier to use in the future.
• We will help you make notes for future reference on things you may forget.

What Are Lessons Not For?

• Lessons are not for system repairs, for example if your printer or a program is not working this is not included in lessons, for this you need a System Service Here. If you are unsure of anything please ask when enquiring by contacting us below
• Lessons do not cover non-standard programs, we may be able to advise on these but you may need to contact the program owner for support, programs such as Adobe Photoshop is not a basic use program so you must contact Adobe who you pay for support on adobe products
• We do not give lessons on apple products or phones, this is a Windows Laptop or Windows Desktop service only.
